How to disconnect your social accounts

To disconnect a linked social media account from Impact Tapestry, sign in to your account, open the Post Scheduler, and disconnect the specific network you no longer want connected. Disconnecting removes that connection from our product; related personal data associated with that connection is handled according to our privacy practices.

Steps

  1. Sign in. Go to the sign-in page and log in with your Impact Tapestry credentials.
  2. Open the Post Scheduler. After you are signed in, go to the Post Scheduler. That is where your connected social accounts are managed.
  3. Disconnect the account you choose. On the Post Scheduler, locate the social media connection you want to remove and click "Disconnect" for that platform. Repeat only for the networks you wish to unlink.
